1. Genel Şartlar

Lütfen igResellers.com üzerinden hizmet satın almadan önce aşağıdaki koşulları dikkatle okuyunuz. Siteye üye olarak veya hizmetleri kullanarak bu şartları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen igResellers.com hizmetlerini kullanmayınız.

  • Tüm hizmet alımları tarafınız adına faturalandırılır.

  • Minimum ödeme tutarı 20 TL’dir.

  • igResellers, hizmet fiyatlarını önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.

  • Hizmet başlangıç süreleri tahmini olup kesin bir teslim süresi garantisi verilmez.

  • Aynı bağlantıya (link) aynı anda birden fazla sipariş verilmesi durumunda olası eksik teslimatlardan kullanıcı sorumludur.

  • Sosyal medya platformlarının hesap kapatma, askıya alma, işlem sınırlama gibi eylemlerinden igResellers sorumlu değildir.

  • Üyelik oluşturduğunuzda e-posta ve SMS bilgilendirmelerine onay vermiş olursunuz.

  • Hizmetlerde belirtilen limitler “hesap başına” geçerlidir.

  • Fiyatlandırma genellikle “1K (1.000 birim)” üzerinden yapılır.

2. Hizmet Koşulları

  • igResellers, yalnızca sosyal medya görünürlüğü artırma (gösterim, izlenme vb.) hizmeti sunar.

  • Takipçi veya etkileşim garantisi verilmez; yalnızca satın alınan hizmet miktarı kadar teslimat yapılır.

  • Hizmet kapsamındaki bot hesapların profil resmi, biyografi veya gönderi bulundurma zorunluluğu yoktur; bu nedenle %100 gerçek kullanıcı garantisi verilemez.

  • Gizli (private) hesaplara verilen siparişlerde yaşanabilecek aksaklıklardan kullanıcı sorumludur.

3. İade Politikası

  • Yapılan ödemeler iade edilmez; yalnızca igResellers bakiyenize kredi olarak yansıtılır.

  • Sosyal medya platformlarının güncelleme, algoritma değişikliği veya sistemsel sorunlarından kaynaklı düşüşlerde iade yapılmamaktadır.

  • Sipariş sisteme girildikten sonra iptal veya iade talebi yapılamaz. Sipariş tamamen veya kısmen teslim edilmezse, sistem otomatik olarak uygun tutarı geri yükleyebilir.

  • Ödemede ters ibraz (chargeback), geri çekme veya dolandırıcılık şüphesi tespit edilirse hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir.

4. Gizlilik Politikası

  • Kullanıcı bilgileriniz güvenli sunucularda saklanmakta olup üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

  • igResellers, gerekli gördüğü durumlarda Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları üzerinde değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any services from igResellers.com. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use igResellers.com.

  • All service purchases will be invoiced under your account.

  • The minimum payment amount is 20 TL.

  • igResellers reserves the right to change service prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Estimated start times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • If multiple orders are placed for the same link simultaneously, partial or incomplete delivery may occur, and igResellers is not responsible for such issues.

  • igResellers is not responsible for account suspensions, limitations, or closures performed by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or any other platform.

  • By registering, you consent to receive notifications via email and SMS.

  • Service limits apply per account, as specified for each service.

  • Pricing is generally shown per 1K (1,000 units).

2. Service Terms

  • igResellers provides services solely for increasing visibility (impressions, views, etc.) on social media platforms.

  • No guarantee is provided for followers, engagement, or activity levels; only the purchased quantity will be delivered.

  • The accounts used within services may not contain a profile photo, bio, or posts; therefore, 100% real or active user guarantees cannot be given.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their accounts are public. No responsibility is taken for issues arising from orders placed on private (locked) accounts.

3. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable and can only be credited to your igResellers balance.

  • No refunds are issued for drops caused by platform updates, algorithm changes, or other social media system issues.

  • Once an order is processed in the system, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If an order is not delivered or is only partially delivered, the system may automatically credit the corresponding amount back to your balance.

  • If any chargeback, dispute, fraudulent payment, or suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be permanently suspended.

4. Privacy Policy

  • All user data is securely stored and never shared with third parties.

  • igResellers reserves the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
